So you can try removing the Pixie Preferences folder to see if that resolves the issue.
The Pixie Preferences are stored in the Current User's Library folder in the Containers folder.
To remove the Preferences Folder:
- In the Finder, hold down the Options key and click the Go menu
- Open the Library Folder
- Open the Containers Folder
- Delete the Folder - com.tech4learning.Pixie4
This may delete the Pixie Registration if you have registered the application in the INI as described in this article. https://goo.gl/H3SaOp
