Currently, there is not a way to magnify or zoom in on the page in Wixie.
As a workaround, you can draw your item on a new page. Then, use the Selection tool (dotted lines) to select and resize your drawing smaller when you have completed it.
I will be happy to pass this along to our development team as a feature request for a future version of Wixie.
