If you have added Stickers or Pictures to the page, then you can use the Arrow tool on the tool palette.
Click the Arrow tool. Then click the picture you added to the page.
Drag the sticker where you want it to show on the page. You can also use the options on the panel to flip, rotate or add filters to the selected sticker or picture.
If you have drawn something on the page using the paint tools, then you will use the Selection tool.
Click the Selection tool on the tool palette.
You will see the Selection options below.
Click and drag to make a paint selection on the page.
After that, you can move the selected area or use options on the selection panel to flip or rotate the selection.
The Lasso selection tool is good for selecting irregular shapes on the page.
The Wand selection tool is good for selecting a solid color or shape on the page.
Move the cursor over the color. Then click inside the color to make the selection.
