Text box does not pop up on iPad when inserting a text box in Wixie project.

Using latest Wixie app on iPads, when I insert a text box, and double tap on it, the keyboard will not appear to type in my text. Have tried multiple iPads. Have tried multiple projects and pages. All iPads have iOS 14. If I open Wixie in browser on iPad, the keyboard DOES pop up to insert text.

Thank you for reporting the issue.

I was able to reproduce it here on my iPad in iOS 14. I am looking into the issue here with our developers.

In the meantime, if you use Wixie in Safari on the iPad then the text objects will display the virtual keyboard as you note.

I will post an update to this issue as soon as I have more information.

It looks like this was an issue that was introduced with the iOS 14 update and did not affect users running the Wixie app in iOS 13 or earlier.

We have released an update to the site today that resolves the issue - no new Wixie app needed. Now, if you double-tap in the text object you will see the virtual keyboard as expected.

This does not require an update to the Wixie app. I tested the current app this morning and the text objects work as expected.
