I'm not sure of the problem from the information provided, but here are a few things that you can try/check:
- Make sure students are logging in from your custom Wixie URL. They can also search for the school or district from the Wixie homepage.
- I would check to see that their device meets the system requirements. They will need to be using an iPad with iOS 11 or higher -

- If they are using a tablet, they might try using Safari or Chrome vs. the Wixie app.
