If you are still seeing an error, please open a support ticket by clicking the link on the right or by sending an email to techsupport@tech4learning.com and we can gather some additional information from you.
It may be useful to look at the Frames Session Log after you've seen the error.
To retrive the log:
- After you have seen the error, click OK to dismiss the error.
- Go to the Frames menu and choose About Frames
- Click the Open Session Log link in the about dialog
- Send a copy of the Frames Session Log.txt file with your Help Desk submission
