Please open a support ticket by clicking the link on the right or by sending an email to techsupport@tech4learning.com and we can gather some additional information from you.
When you open your ticket, it may also be helpful to look at the Frames Session Log.
To retrieve the log:
- Open Frames and open a saved animation or create a new one
- Click the Project button on the toolbar
- Click the Export Option
- Go to the Help menu and choose About Frames
- Click the Open Session Log link in the about dialog
- Save a copy of your session log to the desktop and attach to your help desk request.
