Please open a technical support ticket and we can gather some additional information from you. You can click the link on the right, or you can send an email to techsupport@tech4learning.com.
It may also be useful to look at the Pixie Session log from some of the computers that obtained the error.
To retrieve the log:
- Go to the Help menu and choose About Pixie
- Click the Open Session Log link in the About Pixie dialog
- Save a copy of the Pixie 4 Session Log.txt file to your computer and include with your Help Desk ticket.
