While not frequent, we have had some users report Frames files that no longer open.
This is often caused by problems during the save process.
When saving, you will see a progress bar indicating the progress of the save.
Do not close the application while this progress bar is displayed.
If you are saving to a flash drive*, make sure not to remove the drive until the save has completed and you have quit Frames. (*In general, I do not recommend saving to a flash drive.)
If you are saving to a network drive, make sure the network is connected during the save.
If you are on a notebook computer, do not close the notebook until the save has completed and you have quit Frames.
If you are on a desktop computer, do not log off until the save process has completed and you have quit Frames.
I would also recommend saving multiple versions of your file as a backup.
Go to the File menu and choose Save As.
Save the file with a new name - I like to use the date at the end of the file name. Such as: My-File-07252018.
