I would try resetting the Pixie preferences to see if that resolves the issue.
To do this:
- Go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences
- Click the Reset button to reset the program Preferences
- Click OK to confirm the change
Please open a technical support ticket if you need additional assistance.
If you do open a support ticket, it may be helpful to look at your Pixie Session Log.
To retrieve the log on Windows:
- Create a Pixie file and save the file using the Save dialog
- Go to the Help menu and choose About Pixie
- Click the Open Session Log link in the About dialog
It may be helpful to get a Session Log from a computer that shows each type of dialog to compare.
Please note: We are no longer developing Pixie 2 - I would strongly recommend updating to Pixie 4 if you are on a modern operating system such as Windows 7 or higher.
