The following MSI command-line arguments should successfully uninstall Frames; make sure to replace "Filename.msi" with the name of the MSI file you are using.
msiexec /x Filename.msi /qb
If this doesn't work, please contact us by email so we can find a solution that will work for silently uninstalling Frames.
