I would check to see that your version of Firefox is up-to-date and that your version of Flash is also up-to-date.
I believe the current version of Firefox is 58 and the current version of Flash is 28.0.0.161 as of today.
You could also try a different browser such as Chrome.
In general, we usually recommend Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari as noted here.
