It is possible the issue may be with some change in your network or content filter.
One thing to try and troubleshoot the issue - unplug your computer from the network or turn off the WiFi connection and then launch Pixie.
Please open a Support Ticket and we can gather some additional information from you.
It may also be helpful to get a Pixie Session Log after Pixie takes a long time to launch.
To retrieve the log:
- Launch Pixie
- Go to the Pixie menu on Mac or go to the Help menu on Windows and choose About Pixie
- Click the Open Session Log link in the About dialog
- Copy the Pixie Session Log txt file to your desktop
