Our testing indicates that the printing issue reported by Pixie, Frames, and Share users under OS X 10.12 is resolved in OS X 10.13. Updating to OS X 10.13 (High Sierra) should resolve the printing issue.
If you are using a different operating system, such as OS X 10.11 or earlier, and this does not describe your issue correctly - then please open a technical support ticket and we can gather some additional information from you.
