I would try this:
- Delete the Wixie app from the device
- Re-install the most current version from the App store
- Log on to your Wixie account and create a new project
- Click the Record button
- You should be prompted that Wixie is trying to access the Microphone
- Click the Allow button
After that, you should be able to record.
If that still does not work, please open a Tech Support Ticket and we can gather some additional information from you.
