Our programmers are aware of the issue with printing directly from Pixie on OS X 10.12.4 or later. However, this may be an issue outside of our control.
In the meantime, you can Export the project as a PDF or images and then print the images or PDFs. Or, if you have access to computers running Windows or an earlier version of OS X, you can print from there.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Still waiting for a fix for OS X 10.12.6

Same here...we're using 10.12.5 and can't print. My LMC person that teaches classes using Pixie is very unhappy!

Exporting does work but is very difficult for a lab full of first graders.

Agreed! We just updated our lab over the summer and have been VERY frustrated with the printing problems. The program is geared to/used by young kids, for whom exporting involves too many steps. Please, please come up with a fix.
