You will probably want to export your Frames file into a Movie such as an MP4 and then send it to your teacher. That way, they do not have to have Frames installed on their computer.
Click the Project button on the toolbar and choose Export. You will see the options to export your movie.
After you export your file, you can put it on a Flash drive or upload to your Google Drive and send them a link to the file.
