Yes, Pixie 4 was designed with touch-sceen computers in mind. The default view setting is Touch Screen (found under the View menu). In this view you will see large buttons and sliders designed for users to swipe using fingers on a touch screen.
This setting is also found in Pixie 3, but the default setting there is Standard Screen.
