When processing a CSV for Wixie users, it should contain ALL users for your school or district. If you made a mistake and only uploaded new users, you can undelete the old accounts in a couple of ways.
1. If you exported your current users, you can upload the old data and process that. *I will explain later on how to export the current users for your Wixie accounts.
2. You can switch to Manual user input and undelete the deleted items manually.
To do this:
On the Accounts/Start page, select Manual from the User Management Radio buttons. Click OK to confirm.

Select the Schools View button if you are at a district.
Select a deleted school by checking the box on the left.
Click the Actions button and choose Undelete.

Click the Teachers View button.
If you have a lot of teachers, you can click the Actions button and choose Find Deleted.

Select any deleted teachers.
Click the Actions button and choose Undelete.
Click the Students View button.
Select all of the deleted students.
Click the Actions button and choose Undelete.

You may need to repeat finding and undeleting students if you had a lot of students
After you've restored all of your students, you will want to make a backup copy of your current Wixie users.
Click the Start view button.
Scroll down to see the Export Users options.
Click the button to export the current users for Wixie.

I recommend exporting the current users if you've manually added new users.
