Change the Managment setting to Manual and you will see an "Add" button on the teacher and Student views. After you click the Add button, you can enter the information in the required fields.
If you want to add the teachers to your CSV, you can export the existing Wixie users by clicking the Download button to Download the Current User Data. You can enter the teacher data in the last four columns of the file (teacher RefID, First Name, Last Name, Login:password).
