You can't view or edit a P3i file that is saved on a website unless you download the file to your local computer. There is not a browser plug-in to view Pixie files (P3i, P4i) in the web browser.
If you want to view the file on the web in a web browser, then you should export the file as an image such as a JPG or PNG. You could also export the file as a PDF to view on the web.
