Yes, there is a price to upgrade to Frames 6, and yes, because you own Frames 5, you do get a discount. The discount you get is based on the number of licenses you own. Frames 6 has some great new features like animated snippets and templates, but I think in your situation the best change isn't quite so visible. Frames 6 renders exported video at a much faster rate, which should really make it easier to finish off a great LEGO stopmotion animated movie at the end of a camp or class at Bricks 4 Kidz!
