The .F6D file is the proprietary Frames file format and is not supported by other programs or viewers. However, you can export your Frames file as an MP4 Video and then upload that to YouTube.
To export the file, click the Project menu and select Export. Choose the size of your movie and then click the button to export the file to your computer. You can then upload the exported MP4 to YouTube.
