There is no deactivation procedure for Frames or any of our desktop software. I assume you'll uninstall the software or be cleaning the hard drives from the old hardware.
You can install Frames on as many computers are you are licensed for. I've posted a copy of our license agreement here.
If you are unsure of how many computers you are licensed for, you can call or email customer service.
