You can add a QR code to a Share page after you've created the QR code using the tool of your choice.
If you know where you are going to publish your Share website ahead of time, you can generate the QR code in advance and then add it to the Share page as a graphic. You will then need to upload your published Share site to the specified location.
For example, if you have a teacher web page at your school the URL might look something like this:
...http://myschool/mywebpage/technology/page2.html
If you are publishing to K12 Share, you will need to publish your site in Share first and then obtain the URL. After you obtain the URL, you can create your QR code and then add it to your Share project/page. You will need to re-publish the page to K12 Share for the contents to be updated.
As an aside - I've been using Google's URL shortner and it will automatically create a QR code for you.
