If you used an MSI installer to intall the application, be sure to also install the Tech4Learning Shared Resources MSI.
It is also possible that you had previously configured a Proxy Server and those settings were not carried over. You can find the application Proxy settings in the Preferences panel.
If neither of these suggestions works, then please open a support ticket by clicking the link to "Submit a support ticket" or you can send an email to techsupport@tech4learning.com.
