When you open your support ticket, it may be helpful to get a copy of the error reported in the Frames Session Log.
To retrieve the log after you've seen an error:
- Go to the Frames menu on OS X or the Help menu on Windows and choose About Frames
- Click the Open Session Log link in the About dialog
- Save a copy of your Session Log to the desktop and attach it to your Help Desk ticket.
